Apple Tart Mold, Rain Stream, Ahhh

1. I baked apple tarts with the apple-shaped mold that Claire gave me from Williams Sonoma. These little pastries are so cute with their crimped edges.
2. I hear the rain falling on the leaves and it sounds like a stream rushing in the woods.
3. A special cup of coffee this evening with my apple tart. I used a butter pastry and they are delicious.
