1. Panzanella made with garden tomatoes. Yummy, crusty chunks of bread soaked in olive oil, vinegar, and tomato juice.
2. The sky is dark and foreboding, but the evening is calm and the birds are still singing. Far away, I hear a rushing sound getting louder and louder. This is the sound of a downpour marching across the fields and woods straight towards us.
3. A nice pile of weeds that gave me no resistance when I pulled.
