1. The bird orchestra was heard tuning up this morning for their forthcoming, grand spring concert
2. B. and I drove and drove on a wild goose chase for Bird's Eye frozen pearl onions. None are to be found in the Roanoke Valley. But the coffee and sweets were a fine consolation as we caught up on an overdue visit.
3. Stopped by daughter #2's new apartment. She was home from work and gave B. a tour of the pretty building. We exclaimed, oohed and aahed over the historic details and quaintness of the architecture.
