I walk up the hill to see the mountains and clouds. This view is to the north, past the vineyard to the Peaks of Otter, which are still shrouded in clouds.
I particularly like this view because it makes me feel small. When life crowds in and details bog me down, I climb up the hill and look out over the earth. It's like stepping away from an Impressionist painting; when you step back from it, you can see the overall composition more clearly.
